How it works

A cleaning solution matched to your finish is applied, a rotary brush agitates the grain and the board edges where soil accumulates, and the solution is immediately extracted along with everything it has lifted. Very little moisture is left on the floor and none is allowed to sit — which is the entire concern with wood, and the reason a wet mop is the wrong tool for it.

What it will and will not fix

It removes the dull haze, the grey in the traffic lanes, the residue left by consumer cleaning products, and years of ground-in grit. It restores a real, even sheen. It is not refinishing: deep gouges, worn-through finish and pet scratches that have reached bare wood need sanding, and we will tell you plainly if that is what your floor actually needs rather than take the job anyway.
