What we actually do differently

Our extraction is van-mounted. The heat, the vacuum and the water pressure all come from the truck, which means we reach the base of the carpet fibre and pull the soil out of the building rather than lifting the surface and leaving the rest suspended in the pile. It is the single biggest difference between a carpet that stays clean for weeks and one that looks tired again within days.

The other difference is patience. Most stains that other companies failed on were not permanently damaged — they were treated with the wrong chemistry, or rinsed before the pre-treatment had time to work. We pre-treat, we wait, and we do not rush the extraction to make the next appointment. That is slower, and it is why the reviews say what they say.

Commercial work is the larger part of what we do — hotels, lodges, restaurants, offices and resort communities across Park City and Deer Valley, scheduled around occupancy so a property never has to close a floor.
