The fabric decides the method

A linen sectional, a microfibre sofa, a wool armchair and a synthetic dining seat want four different things. We identify the fabric and its cleaning code before anything wet touches it, test in a concealed area, and adjust moisture, heat and chemistry to suit. Over-wetting causes the shrinkage, browning and watermarks people are rightly afraid of — and it is entirely avoidable.

What actually comes out

Ground-in body oils along armrests and headrests, food and drink spills, pet dander and the smell that travels with it, and dust that has worked its way down into the cushion core. Colours generally come back further than customers expect: a sofa that reads as “just a darker beige now” is very often a lighter sofa carrying several years of soil evenly across every panel.
